The Pottery Place Plus is hosting our 5th annual Artists in Action Studio tour event on
September 17th and 18th on Spokane’s South hill,near Manito Park. This is not your usual studio tour. We have action!
This is a free and fun event for the whole family, complete with demonstrations from the 19 artists, and an opportunity to
purchase the wares! The artists will be demonstrating how they create their fabulous wears. Come see the action including pottery, silk painting, paper making,
wool spinning, jewelry and chainmaille making, calligraphy, fiber arts, glass molding,
candle making and felting.
The atmosphere is relaxed and the tour takes place at several
of the homes of the artists. Take a stroll through the yards on 16th and 17th Avenue
between Bernard and Division on Saturday and Sunday, September 17th and 18th. Tours
will be 10-5 on Saturday and 10-4 on Sunday.
Walk from studio to studio and enjoy snacks along the way.

Guest Artists Show
Reception for the artists are on the First Friday of each month from 5pm to 9pm. Come to our shop on the First Friday of every month and mingle with artists, see the new guests, have snacks, and talk about art!
